We take pride in our products. After all, we collect this stuff, too! Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship. 

Order Processing

Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately three (3) to four (4) business days from the date the order was placed. 

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

Shipping Methods within the USA

We use UPS Ground to ship orders. Packages shipped using UPS Ground are trackable and insured. Please make sure that you use an address that UPS can safely leave your package at without risk of theft.  If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting UPS regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, UPS Ground does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 3-7 days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

International Shipping: Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the weight of the item, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the US to the destination country/region.

Continental USA:
Standard: $6.99 
Standard orders over $50: FREE SHIPPING

Hawaii & Alaska: Worldwide Expedited $19.99

Rates vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. Please note, you may be required to pay the relevant taxes to your country when your items are delivered.

Shipping Promotional Offers

Like our customers, we are fans of shipping promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a USA destination via UPS Ground.

We also regret that free shipping and/or other shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing.

Pricing Policy

KidultGo reserves the right to change prices at any time.  Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard KidultGo.com Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
