KidultGo has teamed up with Canada based Australian artist Nathan Jurevicius for a KidultGo.com exclusive limited edition "Alternate Universe Mode" color way of the ScaryGirl Blister the Octopus 8" Art Figure. The last of his species, Blister is a brilliant giant octopus with a gift for shapeshifting and the unique ability to regenerate his body instantly. He lives along a secluded coastline at the base of a treehouse created from found objects and driftwood. Blister is Scarygirl's guardian and share the same DNA. Nathan describes this special colorway as magic storm echoing between golden cymbals while chewing gum. This figure is a limited edition of 50 pieces worldwide. ABOUT NATHAN JUREVICIUS
Nathan Jurevicius is a Canadian based Australian artist whose diverse range of work has appeared in numerous publications, advertising campaigns, and galleries around the world.
His most acclaimed project to date is Scarygirl, a brand that since 2001 has developed an underground fan following manifested in comics, limited edition vinyl toy figures, console games and internationally exhibited artwork.
The property is now in development for an animated feature film and currently in production on a free-roam VR experience being produced in Toronto.
In 2013 Nathan completed his action/adventure mini series 'Peleda’, co-produced with his brother Luke for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Since its launch Peleda has since won an Australian Academy Award (AACTA) for Best Production Design and 2 New York Kidscreen Awards for Best Television Special and Children’s Website.
Nathan's latest projects include his award winning short film 'Junction' based on his kids book 'Junction' (published by Koyama Press), a pre-school tv series titled 'Quiggle' and a glass object collaboration with IKEA
KidultGo has worked with Nathan Jurevicius on various other projects including the Scarygirl CityFolk mini figure series (2007) and Nightriders mini figure series (2016).
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
